Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

Please read all of our return and exchange policies prior to placing an order.

-In case of ordering the wrong size, returns will only be issued ONLY as store credit. When a return label is issued for incorrect sizing on an item, it must be mailed out within a week of the label being issued. This is to ensure the item was not worn and is returned in brand-new condition.

-Damaged items will be refunded on a case-by-case basis, or store credit will be issued.

-Customs are non-refundable.

-Pre-ordered items are ordered for you specifically based on the criteria of your order, and refunds will not be given for items that are only ordered for you. All pre-order items are final sale. 

-Shipping fees are non-refundable.

-No refunds or exchanges on sale items. 

No refunds will be issued/offered for items that are not yet sent out but are within their specified turnaround time. Turn-around times are stated on each product in its listing.
