Waiting on tracking! Update 10/5: Email from my vendor - “Couches have arrived in the United States already. Awaiting freight to pick up in California and schedule delivery. To make this easier, I am extending that final TAT on these within the timeframe I know we will receive them by that way you have a solid answer to give to your customers. I am very sorry, this was a long drawn process with the certifications needing to be provided for them. TAT - END OF OCTOBER. This will not be pushed any further than that, and may be to us way sooner-I just wanted to give a concrete answer that stands. If you no longer wish to wait, I understand and am happy to refund. If you need proof showing when this order was placed and paid for I am happy to do so that way there are no allegations that these were not ordered on time.” |
